Donald Pannell, Fire Management Consultant
Donald Pannell, fire management consultant, joined MTAS in December 2021. Before coming to MTAS, he served as an Assistant Fire Marshall for the Memphis Fire Department. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science and a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Mississippi as well as a master's degree in operations management from the University of Arkansas. He serves municipalities in west and middle Tennessee.
