Municipal Court Clerk Conference 2026

Dates: April 16-17, 2026 

Location: Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro at 1200 Conference Center Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.

Time: Registration table opens on Thursday April 16 at 11:00 am with session from 1:00 – 4:30 pm.  We will resume Friday morning at 8:00 – 11:30 am then adjourn for the event.

Hotel Rooms: Each city is allocated one free hotel room in our block of 160 rooms.  That room will be saved during the registration process. Please see detailed hotel explanation for additional room information on the registration page.

MCC Foundations and Updates Seminar will return in the fall 2026.  This is a four hour class on all areas of municipal court operations for court clerks, city judges, and city attorneys.  While the dates are being finalized, these classes will be held in the follow cities in August, September, and October.

MTAS municipal court clerk training is open only to Tennessee municipalities. Other Tennessee government and public sector agencies are welcome to attend if seats are available.

The Municipal Court Clerk Certificate Program is designed to help both the new clerk and the veteran develop and maintain the knowledge, skills and abilities required for successful court management.
