Leah Frazier, training and development consultant, joined MTAS in March of 2026. Prior to joining MTAS, she served as organizational development and engagement coordinator for the City of Clarksville, Tennessee. Frazier holds a bachelor's degree in psychological science and counseling and a master's in industrial-organizational psychology.
