A survey of selected municipalities and counties in Tennessee was conducted by MTAS and CTAS regarding Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS) participation, provision of the TCRS “bridge” supplement, and other general leave provisions. The first section of the attached report summarizes the municipal results, and the second section of this report provides the summary of the county results.
