Tennessee municipalities were asked what fee they charge for a "city sticker."

This Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application was written for the city of Dayton. CDBGs are awarded to communities only when the grant will impact a low to moderate income area. The application includes a fire plan for the city, with recommendations for a new station and replacement of certain equipment.

Marion County wanted to expand the recreation available to their citizens and to visitors to the area. The county was looking to write a recreation plan that could help the communities join together and that they would be able to use for grant applications. This memo explains how a recreation plan is written, based on other recreation plans from the area.

The Athens Utility Board wanted to begin a program to regulate the amount of FOG being discharged into the sewer system. MTAS was asked to review the possibility of a program, write a new policy, and give a recommendation on what type of program AUB should enforce.

The first part of this study discusses transportation issues in Bradley County specifically, summarizing the current amount of freight moving in and out of the county and the means by which it is carried. The presentation also summarizes the current long-range transportation plan for the Cleveland Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) area. The second part of the presentation had to do with the need for Cleveland to produce a freight and goods study. The Nashville Regional Freight and Goods Movement is summarized as well.

The City of Athens requested a citizen survey that could be used to measure citizen satisfaction with various surveys.
