Report Summary and Resources

A fire department's annual report is an excellent tool for telling its story to the community and building community support for its efforts and needs. The report should inform and educate the community about the fire department's role in community safety. Department members will take pride in the annual report, knowing they contributed to the department's accomplishments and helped make a difference in the community.

Resources
Departments reporting to NERIS can use the free web-based tools available from the United States Fire Administration. Go to NERIS - The National Emergency Response Information System and click on the link titled "View NERIS Public", then follow the prompts to access your department’s data.
