T.C.A. §§ 50‑7‑101, et seq., prescribe the state’s unemployment compensation (unemployment insurance) program. Information concerning the application of this program to Tennessee municipalities can be obtained from the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development (Unemployment Insurance Division), including resources available online through Jobs4TN.gov or by contacting the department directly.
