The Atoka Fire Department (AFD) provides fire, rescue, hazardous materials, emergency medical, emergency preparedness, community risk reduction, public education, and fire investigative services to the residents, businesses, and visitors of Atoka, Tennessee. The Atoka Fire Department and its members are consistently seeking continual improvement to achieve and maintain the highest level of professionalism and efficiency of services provided on behalf of those it serves, and thus, requested assistance from UT MTAS to facilitate a “Customer-Driven Strategic Planning” process for the agency. The resulting strategic plan was developed and written using guidelines outlined in the Commission on Fire Accreditation (CFAI) Fire and Emergency Service Self-Assessment Manual 10th Edition. It is intended to guide the organization within the leadership’s established parameters through 2029.

MTAS researched this question and provides the following information. MTAS does not recommend or endorse any product, and the products mentioned here are for illustration only.
