This session will present some approaches to make the shift from peer to leader easier.
The Administrative Professionals Bootcamp is designed for municipal administrative support staff who wish to enhance self-awareness and develop their skills in customer service, communication, and productivity. This 12-hour program is composed of four courses: Professional Awareness, Customer Service, Confident Communication, and Productive Work Habits. Participants will also receive a DiSC work styles report. Completion of all four courses is required to receive a certificate of completion.
