The Town of White Pine, Tennessee has adopted a set of Personnel Polices and Procedures as required by the State of Tennessee and as necessary for the hiring, retention and management of a quality workforce.

This tool was developed by Ken Brown, Ph.D., C.P.A in the December 1993 Government Finance Review . Various financial ratios developed by Dr. Brown were used to gauge the fiscal health of the city compared to cities in similar size. Another objective of this analysis was to determine the trend analysis of the city’s financial operations since fiscal year end 2011 to fiscal year end 2022.
