Abstract: This project entails a study of SB 668/HB 1832 which addresses the issue of pole attachments by cable television and other telecommunications providers to poles owned by cooperative and municipal utility agencies. The bill was referred to TACIR for study by the House Utilities and Banking Subcommittee.
