IT Director

The City of Mt. Juliet is seeking candidates for the Information Technology Director. The IT Director leads the strategic planning, direction, and management of all municipal technology systems, services, and staff. This role ensures the city’s IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity posture support effective, efficient, and secure delivery of public services. The Director acts as a key advisor to elected officials and city management on technology matters, spearheads innovation, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement in IT operations.

Selected candidates will be required to complete the pre-employment background and drug test/physical. Salary range $45.82 - $65.14 per hour. Excellent benefits with TCRS pension plan and Life Insurance. Health insurance benefits go into effect 60 days and first of the month after hire.
