Codes of Ordinances

A "code of ordinances" is a compilation (codification) of all municipal ordinances of a general and continuing nature, and penal ordinances. The governing body of a municipality determines when their municipal code is updated. Codes codified by MTAS staff are displayed on the MTAS website as well as links to municipal codes produced in-house at the municipality or by a commercial producer.
