Question: Does attending a graduate course or the work required within the course count as HR128 professional development hours?
Answer: No, neither UT’s HR 128 policy nor IPS’s HR128 procedure allows for graduate courses to be counted towards HR128 credit. Day-time attendance of a graduate course should be approved by your supervisor outside the PD system prior to enrollment.
Eligible employees may use up to eight (8) paid work hours each calendar year to participate in volunteer activities.
