Abstract: This is a report on community resilience to natural catastrophes and extreme weather was prepared in response to Senate Bill 1114 and House Bill 1120 which was referred to TACIR for study. The study finds that interagency collaboration is underway amongst Tennessee local governments and state agencies and recommends that these efforts continue.
