Six cities responded to an MTAS survey about the types of evaluation forms or methods used, software, statistical scoring method, whether validity of instruments or process used is determined, requirements for presence of measurable performance criteria, minimizing rater bias, merit increases, plus questions related to performance assessment of the city manager.
