An ordinance prepared by MTAS for the city of Fayetteville, Tennessee to establish regulations governing food trucks (mobile food units-MFUs) within the corporate limits including permitting, location and zoning, hours of operation, health/sanitation/safety, fire and electrical, insurance, signage and sound, special events, enforcement and penalties, and severability. 

This policy, created by MTAS for the town, establishes guidelines for travel by employees and officials of the Town of Bell Buckle for official business purposes. It ensures consistency, accountability, and compliance with state and federal reimbursement standards.

MTAS helped facilitate a strategic planning discussion for Fairview, Tennessee Mayor & Commissioners on Saturday, August 16, & Thursday, October 2, 2025. The sessions were held in the City Hall, 7100 City Center Way, Fairview, TN.  In addition to the city elected officials, several members of the public and the staff leadership team led by City Manager Tom Daugherty were in attendance. The overall objective and purpose of this session was to lead the Board of Mayor & Commission members and leadership team through a facilitated session to set goals for 2026 and beyond.

An ordinance created for the Town of Estill Springs, Tennessee that establishes procedures for the billing and collection of water, sewer and other utility charges, including the use of liens and collection agencies.
