Jill Lewis, Finance and Accounting Consultant, joined MTAS in January 2026. Prior to joining MTAS, she served as a local finance consultant for the Tennessee Department of Education in Washington County. Jill holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in accounting from East Tennessee State University.
