Jill Lewis, Finance and Accounting Consultant, joined MTAS in January 2026. Before starting with MTAS, she served as a local finance consultant for the Tennessee Department of Education in Washington County. From 2013 to 2021, she served as a business manager at East Tennessee State University (ETSU). Jill has a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in accounting from ETSU.
