Several counties and cities entered into Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) to participate in a feasibility study to determine best options for addressing green waste. The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect information about green waste volume and current management practices for use in the feasibility study; includes preliminary response data.

This tool was developed by Ken Brown, Ph.D., C.P.A in the December 1993 Government Finance Review . Various financial ratios developed by Dr. Brown were used to gauge the fiscal health of the city compared to cities in similar size. Another objective of this analysis was to determine the trend analysis of the city’s financial operations since fiscal year end 2011 to fiscal year end 2022.
