The Town of Baileyton, Tennessee required an update to the Municipal Code in order to change the animal control language to include provisions for cats.

This report prioritizes the foundational areas of Staffing & Training and Governance & Structure as critical first steps in strengthening the Town of Farragut’s financial operations. Addressing these areas will create the capacity, accountability, and leadership structure necessary to support future improvements in financial controls, reporting, and asset management. Foundational changes will enable the Town to improve internal controls, prepare for ERP implementation, centralize assets, and contract management, and enhance financial reporting and transparency. The recommendations made by MTAS are designed to be actionable and scalable, supporting both immediate improvements and long-term strategic planning.
