Rick Whitehead, Municipal Management Consultant

Rick Whitehead, municipal management consultant, joined MTAS in February 2004. Prior to joining MTAS, he served as a city manager in Tennessee and as a city attorney and city manager in Alabama. He holds professional degrees in public administration and law. Whitehead is a member in good standing of the Alabama State Bar and is currently licensed to practice law in Tennessee. He serves municipalities in west Tennessee.
