Joe Jones, IT administrator, joined MTAS in April 2025 from the UT Knoxville Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department. Jones has 15-plus years of managing information technology systems. He has skills in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, hardware and network connectivity issues. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Joe has a bachelor's degree in IT management from American Military University.
