Report on the Johnson City Fire Department employee survey 2016

MTAS was asked to conduct a survey of Fire Department employees in order to determine their views regarding various aspects of their work. More than 75 percent, 86 of the 112 eligible employees, completed an instrument that consisted of 38 questions, 8 of which were open-ended.
