Guide to alcohol and beer laws in Tennessee
MTAS frequently receive questions related to alcohol and beer laws in Tennessee. In an effort to assist municipal officials and employees with these questions, MTAS developed this guide that includes many of the relevant statutory provisions related to alcohol and beer in Tennessee. This guide does not include every statutory provision related to alcohol or beer, so the Tennessee Code will still need to be reviewed as questions arise.

Fire station location study : City of Pulaski, Tennessee
In response to a request for assistance from the Pulaski Fire Department Fire Chief, MTAS conducted a fire station location study for use in planning for the future of fire and life safety service delivery in Pulaski, Tennessee. MTAS reviewed the current organization and structure of the fire department and the community to provide information and potential sites for the location and operation of a new fire station to supplement the two which are already in service. Though primary consideration was given to areas within the current municipal limits, areas within Pulaski’s urban growth boundary were considered as a part of this study. Additional reviews will be required for final site selection for the construction of a new fire station.
