This report outlines the specific results and findings of the assessment measures conducted for the position of the fire captain. The assessment process was developed and facilitated by University of Tennessee MTAS Fire Consultants Steve Cross and Donald Pannell. The process was held on August 25, 2022 in Lexington, Tennessee.
