Solid waste transfer station : a feasibility study prepared by the University of Tennessee Municipal Technical Advisory Service

MTAS was asked to conduct a study on the feasibility of a Solid Waste Transfer Station for the City of Bartlett. The study indicated there would be several direct and collateral benefits associated with the City of Bartlett establishing and operating a solid waste transfer station.
