The City of Loretto requested assistance from MTAS to prepare a new updated personnel policy. John Grubbs, MTAS Human Resources Consultant, prepared a draft personnel policy for consideration and adoption by the governing body.
To properly adopt the new updated personnel policy and repeal the prior policy as well as conflicting provisions in the City’s municipal code, a draft ordinance was prepared by Chuck Downham, MTAS Municipal Management Consultant.
