Strategic planning report for the City of Alcoa

The city of Alcoa, Tennessee requested assistance from the Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS) to facilitate a strategic planning retreat to develop priorities for the next several years. The Mayor and City Commission met at the Venue in Lenoir City on December 13th, 2024, to set values, perform a SWOT analysis and set strategic goals.
