Abstract: Through the use of technologies such as LLM (Large Language Models) and OCR (Optical Character Recognition), utility companies are able to digitize and analyze historical analog documents. This enables a more structured dataset whereby critical data can be accessed and used to analyze breaks, leaks, and remaining useful-life estimates which is required by the LCRI (Lead and and Copper Rule Revisions).
