Abstract: This report reviews cities making use of "smart" technologies in the energy and water industries. Four case studies are presented: Boulder, Colorado, Cambridge, Massachusetts, Sacramento, California, and Arlington, Texas. The report was jointly produced by ICMA and Seimens Industry, Inc.
