Abstract: Since the new Waste Management Act of '91 will requre a 25% recycling rate by 1995, and since yard waste is the most likely candidate for meeting this mandate, I reviewed the current state of yard waste compostin gincluding all the known methods that are currently underway or proposed in Tennessee.
