Ordinances and built examples of cottage courts / Opticos Design, Inc.

Abstract: While cottage courts have existed in some iteration for over 100 years, only recently have there been ordinances written specifically to create cottage courts. Included are analyses of cottage court codes from various US cities and best practices for this type of "Missing Middle Housing."
