Land use in Tennessee [electronic resource] : striking a balance / Lynnisse Roehrich-Patrick, et al.

A new Commission report that presents the findings of the Commission on seven land use bills referred to it for study during the 107th General Assembly. These bills focused on what constitutes a subdivision, who gets to regulate land use outside city limits in areas set aside for them to annex, roads built by developers, and grandfathering of land uses that don't conform to new zoning requirements.
