Emergency management in public works : student manual
The objectives of this program are to (1) acquaint Public Works first and second line supervisors and middle managers with the basic concepts of Emergency Management, (2) prepare Public Works first and second line supervisors and middle managers to better handle emergencies and disasters as they arise and (3) provide Public Works upper management with a refresher course in Emergency Management.
