Sarah Valk

Sarah Valk, Legal consultant, joined MTAS in September 2026. Prior to joining MTAS, Valk served as assistant city attorney for the city of Kingsport. She has also worked in private practice in Kingsport. Valk holds a bachelor's degree in administration from Milligan College and a Juris Doctorate from the UT College of Law.
