Kay Stegall

Kay Stegall, finance and accounting consultant, joined MTAS in March 2008. In the fall of 2024, she transitioned to the CMFO program. Prior to joining MTAS, she was employed by an accounting firm in west Tennessee. Stegall is a certified public accountant and holds a master's degree in business administration.
