Courtney Russell

HR Consultant Courtney Russell rejoined MTAS in October 2026. Prior to joining MTAS, she was the HR Director with the city of Gallatin. Russell has worked in HR roles in the private sector and with local governments in Easton and Allentown, Penn. She holds a a master's degree in HR management and a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
