As we talked about in staff meeting yesterday, I’ve asked Frances to spearhead the production of the next MTAS annual report…and some preliminary work has already been done towards it. As was the case last year (and prior years), several of us will probably have assignments towards the report production. I already have mine. Please be available to make your contribution when the request is made. The schedule for producing the report is as follows:

September 17, 2012 – November 16, 2012 Draft outline for report; Call for content; Submit content to IPS for editing
November 19, 2012 – December 21, 2012 Work with IPS on layout and design and generating report draft
January 2013 Draft report review by Jim and staff who submitted content; Finalize report
February 2013 Send report to printer; Report ready for mailing and other means of distribution
