IPS Staff,
Thank you for participating in the survey and giving us feedback on the proposed IPS Strategic Plan for 2012-2017 . Close to 100 of you responded , and from the survey results the majority are pleased with the direction of the strategic plan.
You were asked how you see yourself in the proposed vision statement with one being the lowest or not seeing yourself in the statement, and 10 being the highest or seeing yourself in the statement. More than 50 percent, 54 to be exact, scored how they see themselves as between eight and 10 . The survey asked the same about how employees see themselves in the mission statement. More than 26 percent rated that as a 10, while 51 percent rated between seven and nine .
Employees also were asked how they see themselves in the IPS values . More than 44 percent said they do see themselves in all or at least some of the values . As far as the IPS goals, nearly 100 percent of you said you see yourself and your role at IPS in at least one of the goals.
The leadership team will move forward with further developing the overall plan, based on the strategic plans of each agency. You can find a copy of the full survey report on the IPS Intranet site under the Strategic Plan tab.
Again, thank you for your feedback and for all you do for IPS. Have a great weekend.
