Codes fees - OK, we'll never get rich doing it but we are raising our code fees 10% July 1. Everyone on the waiting list will pay the old rates, but new resolutions will include the new rates. Steve is preparing a new rate schedule. This is part of our effort to recover about half the cost of codes and to gradually increase our revenue base.

KnowledgeBase - Last month we added the 2,500 item to the KnowledgeBase collection. Keep them coming!

Resume Database - Remember to update your entry in this database. Thanks.

Annual Performance Review Schedule - You'll remember that we are changing our annual performance review (APR) schedule from an annual year basis to a fiscal year basis. And, we are approaching the end of the fiscal year. So here's the schedule:
RIGHT NOW - Everyone needs to get their project reporting up to date

6/1 Everyone who does project reporting needs to have it current by this date. You will need to maintain it weekly in the future.

6/7 I'll send an Email with an explanation and guidelines for the APR forms. We are making a few revisions.

6/30 Everyone needs to have their APR form completed.

7/19 - 7/23 Sharon and Mike will conduct the Jackson and Nashville APRs.

7/26 - 7/30 Sharon and Mike will conduct the Knoxville APRs.

7/30 All other APRs will be completed by the end of July.

8/10 We'll need a complete and signed copy of all APR's in Knoxville so we can submit them to IPS and UT Human Resources.
