Class Description:
This two-hour course will introduce elected officials and policy leaders to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and provide insights to support leaders in asking the right questions before adopting and utilizing AI systems. This training will discuss how to discern when non-automated approaches may be more appropriate, data center navigation, topline data privacy issues, vendor accountability, and how to an AI ecosystem. Participants will leave with a practical framework for discerning AI opportunities from distractions and inform practical policy decisions. This training is offered in partnership with GovAI Coalition.
