Records Coordinator


The City of Red Bank has an immediate opening for a Records Coordinator. This position class performs a variety of clerical, technical, and administrative work in support of law enforcement activities. This position also serves as the N.C.I.C. Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) and the TIBRS Reporting Agency Coordinator (RAC).

To be eligible to apply, applicants MUST:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Be a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Not have been convicted of, or plead guilty to, or entered a plea of nolo contendere to any felony charge or any violation of any federal or state laws or city ordinances relating to force, violence, theft, dishonesty, gambling, liquor, or controlled substances.
  • Not have been released or discharged under anything other than an honorable discharge from any armed forces of the United States

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must consent to a background investigation to include employment & personal reference check, driving history, criminal history, and police records prior to employment; must meet Police Department standards in those areas.
