The City of Eagleville is seeking applicants for the position of Police Officer. Interested candidates should review the job classification/description for Police Officer, on file with City Hall or online at eaglevilletn.gov.
- This is a full-time position.
- Scheduled shifts may vary at the discretion of the Police Chief.
- The middle tier Limited PPO medical insurance plan, for the employee, is covered at 100% by the City and begins on the first of the month following hire date.
- Dental and vision insurance benefits and an Employee Assistance Plan are also available.
- Employees are automatically enrolled in the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS). Contributions are paid at 100% by the City.
- The City of Eagleville has 13 paid holidays, 12 days of Sick Leave per year and 12 days of Earned Time Off per year, with ETO increasing to 15 days after 1 year of service.
- Pay is commensurate with experience. $55,000 starting pay if not certified with the Tennessee POST commission. $60,000 after successful completion of the TLETA and with one year’s experience. Other candidates may be considered for higher pay with experience.
