The City of Eagleville, Tennessee (founded in 1836) is seeking a qualified and experienced law enforcement professional to serve as its next Chief of Police

Eagleville operates under a Council-Manager form of government with a seven-member Mayor and Board of Aldermen. The City Manager oversees the daily operations of the city and serves as the direct supervisor of the Police Chief.

The City recently completed a comprehensive renovation of its Police Department headquarters, located adjacent to the new Fire Department. The Police Department currently consists of three officers and is seeking a Chief who will lead the department through its next phase of growth. Officers currently work six- to seven-day hybrid shift schedules, with the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office providing overnight law enforcement coverage.

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a small but growing department and prepare it for the anticipated residential and commercial growth expected in the coming years.
