The position oversees classification and pay systems, performance appraisals, affirmative action, and ensures adherence to all applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of eight years of progressive human resources management experience, and at least five years of supervisory experience. Professional certification (PHR/SPHR) and municipal government experience are preferred.
