The City of Maryville is hiring
Civil Engineer
Performs intermediate advanced technical work reviewing site plans, preparing engineering designs and cost estimates for public works and public utilities projects, inspecting construction projects, managing stormwater utility accounts, preparing and maintaining engineering plans, records and files, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Engineering Manager.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree with coursework in civil engineering, or related field and moderate experience in civil engineering in a municipal or construction setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements
- Possession of Engineering Intern certification upon hire.
- Obtain Professional Engineering license when eligible.
- Possession of an appropriate driver's license valid in the State of Tennessee.
