The Assistant Town Administrator - Public Works/Engineer at the Town of Thompsons Station is responsible for supporting the Town Administrator in the planning, coordination, and execution of public works projects. This role involves ensuring the efficient and effective management of engineering projects and public infrastructure, contributing to the town’s development and maintenance efforts.

Qualifications

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public works or civil engineering projects.
• Experience in municipal or government projects is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders in public works projects.
