The Town of Caryville is seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to provide administrative, clerical, customer service, financial, and court support functions for the Town.
General Responsibilities
- Front office and customer service support
- Administrative and clerical assistance
- Financial and recordkeeping duties
- Permit, license, and fee processing
- Court clerk support and court preparation
- General municipal support duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work professionally with employees and the publi
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
