Rex Barton, police management consultant, joined MTAS in April 1995.  Prior to joining MTAS, he was a Captain with the Athens Police Department.  Rex holds a master's degree in business administration and bachelor's degree in organizational management.
Rex serves all municipalities in Tennessee.
