Cassie Wheeler, Finance and Accounting Consultant
Cassie Wheeler, finance and accounting consultant, joined MTAS in July 2021. Prior to joining MTAS, Cassie worked as an internal auditor with the city of Clarksville. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Austin Peay State University and is a Certified Municipal Finance Officer. She serves municipalities in middle Tennessee.
